The most common problem faced my majority of people is that the anxiety they face on daily basis. And even though the problems looks simple but if not dealt with properly could prove to be a potential source of depression.

Lets face it, you can’t really get rid of your anxiety completely, but I believe you can tackle it quite easily. Well their must be something you enjoy doing very much and feel passionate about. And if there isn’t you need to find one such activity and start doing it regularly and be excited about it. The excitement of doing it everyday will balance your anxiety and will make you happier overall. It’ll going to enhance your performance too.

There’s a term “Comfortably Insecure”. We need to realize the reality that we’ll feel anxious no matter what. We’ll have to learn to enjoy the challenges which we’re going to face everyday. They helps us grow and become more mature than we were yesterday, in fact being too comfortable with life is not going to do any good. You’ll feel motivated if you’re doing something everyday that you love. Well, for some it might be there work but for the most the people – lets face it – their work is biggest source of stress. Cancelling it out with joy of something you love doing is the best way to deal with your “Daily Death”.
