Never Keep Opportunities Waiting

This is a failure story. And I have learned from this failure that I should never keep my opportunities waiting. Neither should you. So, lets talk about the opportunity that I have failed to grasp.

It was about a year ago. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science were not this much of a hype at that time. The hype was just building up. I have a habit of looking for domains. And when I find a good one I buy it.

Let me stop your thought about me that I do flip domains as a profession. No, I do not flip domains as a profession. And I do not want to. At least not right now. I just have a love for nice domain names.

Now let's back to my failure. I was on Name Cheap just (creatively) searching on their search bar for nice domain names related to the Data Science industry.

Then I stumbled upon the sexiest and simplest domain name I ever saw. It was TheMostBeautifulDomain.com. When I found that this domain is available I thought of buying it. But I was not at home at that moment.

I thought that I should go home and buy. It will be better to buy it after I get home. Eventually I got home about 2 hours later. To my surprise I saw that someone has purchased that domain for the regular price at which I was gonna buy.

After a few months I saw that beautiful domain on auction. It was being bidded for the numbers that were in six figures.

From that point I have learned that I should take action immediately and never keep any opportunity waiting.

[And no I am not telling you what domain it was ;-)]
