Aarika Waples I was told we file certain things into
little filing cabinets in our brain that we don't want to deal with. And in time the cabinets open, when we don't even know why. But because we are ready and more able to deal with those feelings. And it's okay to deal with them when they come back up, because our body knows we are now more ready to deal with it and it feels so good to let them out and put the to rest!
