Perspective
The feelings that one's life is well lived depends on many things. It might be cultural, spiritual and or societal norms, which are varied for every individual. But in reality, everyone has a unique and personal perspective to life. Our perspectives of life is largely determined by how we see ourselves, and greatly dependent on our personal experience which shape and account for how we see world differently.
Plantain Picture
In Nigeria, the unripe plantain in the above picture is not suitable for eating while it is a recipe for Matooke, a local delicacy in Uganda. What I am trying to point out is that every individual has a different life and different perspective of living, but we all must live first- the only thing we have in common
Motooke picture
Our perspectives can be likened to cars of different models and different owners. Every car is made with the same material, just like every baby is made from a sperm and an egg. Every car has different shapes and categorised differently, just like humans are shaped differently, and grouped by culture, colour and the environment. While one one might be moving from point A to B once in a week, the second might always be on the move from point A to different points.
In the end, these cars are thought to have served differently just because they uniquely took different paths and had different records, but just like human, they did have something in common- they both drove.
Therefore, life is a mystery. It is relative and rational. We can only live it the better way by knowing ourselves, exploring new things to fulfill our dreams, live for our families, relatives, the society, and spread love to all.
