why are some men cruel?

I am writing this with a pained heart, i really don't understand why some men cant keep there impulses in check, we all have family members who are women, at least we all have a mother and probably a sister or a cousin sister that we really care for and want the best for, so I throw this question to you reading this article, how, how would you feel if one of this people you care for is abused and molested i bet you would be furious, right?. I am this person who reads news a lot and everyday what i come across online always tore at my heart, even though i don't like doing it but i always try putting my self in those victims shoes or there family and friend and try imagining the pain they go through having there loved ones go through such excruciating pain and a long life scarred mark on there heart i always boil and wish to change things, women are meant to be treated like golds, like a saying in my native languages that goes this way( iya ni wura- meaning mothers are gold) it is always a girl that turns into a lady and a lady turns into a woman and a woman into a mother, which means females are gold, i may be male but the respect i have for females is insurmountable, please if possible share this post let it reach the heart of different individuals lets try and curb this rape of a thing.!
