"Attitude is the cause for perceptions and has a huge effect on how we live our lives". Anxiety is a common disorder to the society nowadays. But what is ANXIETY?

But what if we absolutely conceive in ourselves that we can handle any obstacle that we'll encounter? I am also a worrier. I worry a lot about what future holds. "How do you apprehend to trust yourself?". Well I am still here on earth, breathing. And I know that we are all aware that no one ever knows what our future really holds.
We have been through multitudinous burdensome situations in our lives previously and pulled through just fine. Every time we face a new challenge, there is a part of us that thinks "This is so different from what I outbraved before and I'm not sure I can deal with this anymore". Well, you made it through before and guess what, you will make it through in this one. The problem seemed to be rigorous before but you were stronger than it before too.

Most of the things we worry about does not actually exist in life. It is the theory of these things rather than the actual things. There are abundance of ways to put an end on it. We perturbate about things because we fear that we can't handle it. But what if we trust ourselves that we can deal and overcome every hindrances that merges along our journey? Then anxiety will start to fade.
If you only believe that God will never give you any, in this life, that you can't handle then you would trust yourself that you'll surmount it.

Wearing out ourselves in thinking too much of the future and fretting about hypothetical scenarios is one cause of anxiety. To be free from worries is an undescribable feeling. Bethink that we are the one who is in control of our destiny and that will never change. Life may take you in a roller coster ride but final distination is always up to you. Once you decide what you want with conviction is already yours. You just have to believe that you'll get through wherever life takes you.

Pushing yourself too hard to get what you want is another cause for anxiety. Letting go and having faith in the universe to deliver your wishes can often the hardest and challenging of all. It takes practice and patience. Some refer this as the art of allowing, letting good things come to you and not letting anything get in the way.
Stop worrying too much and learn to let go when needed. Ask yourself "Is this really worth worrying about or am I just blowing this out of proportion?". If something bothers you then take actions to solve it. If you already did everything you could then let it be, prayer is the mighty savior of everything. We can't control everything but we can control ourselves, attitude and our ultimate destiny. Stay focus on what's important in life.

What's important is your health, happiness and peace of mind. Know that future will live in the present someday. That is the time you worry but don't let fear overrule your whole being, stand up; fight back; and win the battle through out your journey in life
Incredible things come to those that stay positive throught thick and thin. Remain optimistic to have optimum result. Anxiety is not worth your time and nothing has more value than your inner peace
