Good video!!! I actually learned something. I did not know that memory formatting takes place while sleeping. Funny I do not get good sleep. 4 hrs a night if lucky. It is 5 am where I'm at and woke up and seen this video and watched it. Thanks for the information. Try go back to sleep. like see a video on tips to get good sleep. Gave you up-vote and follow.
