Bitter or Better, it is your Choice.

Choice is the starting point for everything we do in life. It’s quite obvious that while some people tend to have an unwavering self-confidence, others never seem to believe in themselves. Basically, there are two sets of individuals, the self-confidence and the self-pity individuals. The self-confident people may suffer hindrances, make mistakes and all sort of bloopers, yet they never give up on their dreams. These sets of people choose to keep pushing harder till their dream is actualized. On the other side, the self-pity set of individuals fear obstacles a lot and do not ever attempt to step out of self-pity and pursue their dreams.

It might interest you to know that the people who succeed more in life are those who understand that they have the power to choose their attitude as well as action. The aftermath of the choices you make daily can either make or mar you. This is why successful individuals always subject their thoughts to scrutiny before they can determine the course of action they wish to pursue. Once you make a choice, it becomes your duty to take responsibility for the result your choice yields, be it positive or negative.

One of the greatest gifts God has given to mankind is that of freedom. As a rational being, our lives are never determined, but it is a result of the choices we make daily. CHOICE is such a powerful tool; it can either make or mar us. Our attitude towards life is as a result of the choices we make. Most times, we allow our emotions to control us instead of controlling our emotions. This lead us to making wrong choices out of sentiments. In other words, we allow our emotional faculty to overpower our rational faculty, instead of the other way round…

In sum, our attitude towards life be it positive or negative is a result of our CHOICE.
