"SUBCONSCIOUS MIND POWER" – HOW TO USE IT?

Hello Everyone,
Today I am going to tell you about the Hidden Powers of our Mind through this blog. Kindly read completely for full information.

Each of us has some energy in mind, that is why we dare to do anything or get worried, which happens to be through Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind. Conscious Mind means Ordinary and aware, but subconscious mind is a little different. We do not know how good or how terrible it works - So to succeed in life, you need to know about this. Science studies reveals that Subconscious Mind is more than 30000 times stronger than Conscious Mind that’s why we have to use this power and make our lives better.

We will educate how we can put our Subconscious Mind's power into real life.
Today I will tell you only five basic steps –

Principal-1 – Practice Positive self-talk.
Principal-2 – Practice Visualization.
Principal-3 - Practicing Mindful Exercise.
Principal-4 - Focusing on your Breathing Technique.
Principal-5 - Practicing Dream Analysis.

Principal -1
Practice Positive Self-Talk.
We often talk about ourselves or think thousands at a time. I am giving such examples for better understandings.
What should we ignore? And how to accept it?
Suppose tomorrow is your exam and you are thinking ‘how can I pass the exam’?
Suppose somebody says you that you are ‘good for nothing’ then you’re thinking ‘you cannot do anything in life’.
If you are an overweight girl, you thinks ‘I’m too fat, maybe I can’t get married’.

You think of these horrific thoughts that your Conscious Minds take in a normal way, but Subconscious Mind accepts that in a way from which we can’t get out. So you have to practice positive talk with yourself, negative thinking should be considered/changed to positive.
Like this-
If tomorrow is your exam and you are not prepared take it in another way, think positive like -‘I can do it, I can’t fail’.
If somebody says you that you are ‘good for nothing’ then think positively like ‘I can do anything – I will do success at any cost and prove them wrong’.
If you are an overweight girl, your thinking should like this – ‘God has created mine and I am happy what I’m’.
“If you think such positive thinking’s, achieving success in your life is 100% possible. Give it a try-you will get success”.

Principal - 2
Practice Visualization

If we practice imagination on any aspect of our life, then Subconscious Mind will help us a lot. Visualizing will help us reach our goals. But the necessity is to make realistic thinking as much as possible.
Let's give you a little example, how to imagine some positive for this.

Suppose you are going to attend an interview and you are very nervous. Then what should stop your nervousness? - Think like this, you can give the interview very well, you are performing better and making interviewer happy. Imagining like this your subconscious mind will take a lot of good attitude in your interview and you can crack it easily.

Principal – 3
Practicing Mindful Exercise

Exercise every day increases our Confidence and positive thinking. We can stay in discipline where our anxiety, anger and stress will be eliminated. If we do daily exercise it can make a better from all sides.

If you are a starter then regular 10-15 minutes will be okay which will eliminate the brain's inertia where subconscious mind will support you.

Principal - 4
Focusing on your Breathing Technique

Breathing Technique is a simple way to reduce the mental pressure of the brain. It relieves the body and mind. Breathe slowly through the noses and take it out of the mouth gently. During this need to be focused on taking and leaving in a sequence.

This will help the body to get energized and control subconscious mind. So, if it is possible twice this is to be done in a day.

Principal - 5
Practicing Dream Analysis

  1. What to do next day before sleeping? It should be noted on a notepad. Your subconscious mind will help you to remind you those things in your dreams and you can get some extraordinary ideas during your sleep.
  2. If you write down your dreams and try to succeed them into your next sleep, you will surely achieve 50-60% of your expectations. Thus Subconscious Mind will help you.

  3. Every day, how much of that dream can be achieved and how much you are making yourself ready for it - analyze yourself.
  4. If you can prepare yourself, using your Subconscious Mind's support in these ways, nobody can stop you to be successful in life.
