Habits that promote happiness
List of thanks
Every evening before going to sleep, allocate at least 5 minutes to write down what has happened to you good in the last 24 hours and for which you are grateful for life. The list should not be deep (only if you do not want to allocate 30 minutes instead of 5), it should be specific. For example, instead of being grateful for your child, be grateful for the smile and the morning embrace with it.
Duplication
Remember some positive experience that you have experienced in the last 24 hours. Spend two minutes on stories about him. Strive to record at least four details about this experience.
This is useful because when you take a moment to memorize a positive experience, your brain starts to consider it significant, which deepens the imprint
Meditation
Every day, set aside two minutes to stop all thoughts and focus on your breathing. Just switch to breathing, inhale and exhale. Even a short, deliberate break can reduce stress and lead to a calmer, happier state.
Conscious acts of good
Being kind to others and showing every day kindness is an excellent stimulator of happiness.
Achor recommends at the beginning of each day to send a short SMS, praising someone you know: a compliment or a congratulation, just a pleasant word. An additional bonus is that, very likely, another person will respond something pleasant to you.
