Sop Ayam (Indonesian Chicken Soup)

2 pieces chicken wings/ sayap ayam
1 sausage
1 medium carrot/ wortel
1/2 medium potato/ kentang
2 snaps/ buncis
1/4 small cabbage/ kubis
1 stalk green onion/ daun bawang
1 lemongrass/ serai
1 garlic
salt

Langkah
Sautee the grounded spices in 2 tbs of vegetable oil until fragrant.

Add water, chicken wings, onion, 1/2 green onion, lemongrass, and garlic, to make broth. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then strain, to split the dregs and broth.

Put broth into the pot, then add sausage, carrot, potato, and snaps, cook in medium heat.

3 minutes later, add cabbage and green onion. Don't forget to taste it! And it's done!

Indonesian chicken soup, ready to serve!
