I've found it has a flavor on the stronger side if you are not used to it... so start of slow and then add more gradually for best results.

My favourite meal is Turmeric Rice with thin slices of fried beef marinated with turmeric - it is just so yummy! Having GERD, the anti-inflammatory property is really helpful.

My question is, should I go for fresh turmeric or is the ground turmeric good enough?
