Its an old saying in India - Eat 5 almonds a day to boost your memory. I love almonds, one of my favorite nuts. And the best part it . You can have in the morning as it is or almond butter. You can also enjoy it as a cooling summer drink - almond milk. Almond oil is also really great for hair.
