Hello, Lovely Friends here is my new entry on steemit with a new post my this post will be about Stress & how to mange stress for good. Stress is a part of life. It works on some goals. For example, it encourages you to reach your goal as you promote employment, work or last meter of your mortality. However, stress is never good for your mental health, so you need to control it to avoid health problems. Almost half of the American people say they fight due to stress and anxiety with their loved ones and friends.

Causes of Stress

Many things can cause your stress. You can feel upset when you start a test, run a race, an interview and so on. These types of stress are very common. However, some people are influenced by long term stress (it also says chronic stress) that can be durable due to stress and conditions for longer periods, such as conflicts or work on problems in the family. Over time, your chronic stress can cause severe problems.

Fear can be linked to danger. The result of fear can lead to the resulting results which are the real sources of stress. When you are not sure, you can not prophesy so that you lose your control and feel threatened or afraid. For example, when you hear about global warming, toxic chemical or terrorist attacks on news, they can emphasize as if you feel that you lose control over those incidents. Fear and uncertainty can be closer to your mind. For example, you are worried that you will not finish your work and meet the last time. In another case, you will not get enough money to pay your bills, so you emphasize the emphasis

Major Changes

After general causes of stress, significant changes in your life can be troubled to you, even your happy wedding events. Other unusual changes, such as a major financial crisis, may be a major cause for your death in your family or in your divorce.
The level of stress is based on these conditions and the way your person responds. Some negative things run their backs. For them, life pressure on pressure and stress is just a minor box on their roads. Other people just literally sick themselves.

There are many stresses that you can not eliminate them. Therefore, they learn to accept peace to gain peace. If not, then this is a way you are getting more stress. Look at any situation in the situation, incident can be a good opportunity for a tension to grow more mature. Keep in mind that you have to learn many things in life. Although you tried but you did not succeed, consider your mistakes, in your new lesson and in the last minute you will be happy to continue your life. So accept and move on.
