I don't eat meat, but I accept others do. We probably waste more of the animals in the UK as others eat more bits. Then some people think it's wrong to eat certain animals, but they are happy to eat others. We each set our own limits

Pretty similar mantra. I eat what I enjoy and respect other's dietary choices. Having worked in restaurants in London for several years I am more than aware of the various food requirements people have / choose.
My only pet peeve, due to the industry I work in, is people claiming food intolerance (not allergic); in the vast majority of cases, it's just a way of saying they don't like something. It drives the chefs crazy =D
