I worked a field of 99% male saturation. My experience quickly revealed to me why the world is in such a sorry state of affairs. Imbalance leads to poor leadership and myopic thinking. Diversity is needed very badly.
Greed was valued more than any other quality. This made the environment for humans terrible.
The higher up the chain I went, the more corruption existed. the man at the top was a uniquely manipulative and narrow man, but he had a shiny exterior that fooled most. Not me.
It was almost two years. I got used to the men, made some good friends and then some interesting games began. I refused to be dominated by shallow souls and quickly made an exit after challenging the authority and stupidity of my vampiric managers..
