I've no idea if you are male or felmale but oh wow what an odd view of the sexes you have. It's like you view them as different species. Did you go to a single sex boarding school when you were a child?

Men and women are a lot more similar than you think. Beyond the sexual tension, which will often get in the way of judgement I find that if you disregard whether someone is male or female and judge them for what they are you end up making batter assessments. Of course women are still at a massive disadvantage in the world as equalility has a long way to catch upand as such shapes society somewhat but times are changing. I doubt you or eye will live to see it though.

As for social anxieties and confidence it is not something that people can snap out of just like that but an extremely complex issue that relates to power structures within society itself which currently still favors the bully and the noisiest rather than actual contribution.
