? MAGIC OVEN --Super solar oven !

Yesterday, my oven didn’t work. I wanted to buy a new . When I told my son , he interrupted me . He told me with confident. “Mom, you didn’t need to buy anything, I can make it for you !”

    What ?! I didn’t believe him, “you make a oven for me ? Really ? Are you sure you aren’t kidding me ?”“You are pulling my leg !”I said .  “No,no,no.”my son shook his head with a self -satisfied smile . Then he showed his magic to me -STUPENDOUS SCIENCE ! “Mom, would you  help me to find a pizza box ? We already have black paper .” He said to me very serious . 

  First , I wanted  him  to go away , not to disturb me . I thought , this  is a joke . But I looked at him with s serious face , instead of one of mockery  of him . Don’t we often encourage kids to make their own inventions? That would strengthen their hands-on ability. Is this not a good chance ? I ask myself.!      

 So we went to  he pizza shop and explain to the shop owner. They were happy to give us a big pizza box and encouraged him，“you can do it ! Guy !”   Then he came home and began to do it with great enthusiasm. Follow the steps in the book :draw the line, cut the box ,use glue with black paper,get it into place, etc.   During that time, he asked me,“mom, do you know why use black paper ?”because the dark color will absorb heat !” “Thank you teaching me !” I said with a grin . Finally , he has done a great job! Super Solar Oven !

  He asked me ,“mom, what do you want to bake ?” “My dear son, I want to eat a biscuit .” So we got the biscuit dough from the refrigerator. Then , we put it in the middle of the oven and placed the oven under  the sun . During this period , he was so anxious that he squatted and looked at it . He keep poking  it with a stick . The look of a sweaty boy was lovely ! 

Time seemed to have passed like a century...About 30 minuets later, the fragrance of the biscuit was awesome, it made my mouth water ! Wow! He put the biscuit into my mouth immediately and asked me ,“mom, how is it ?”

  “My son, you are a Superman , you made a super solar oven !” I said with gentle voice , “the biscuit is absolutely delicious!”
