Can it be that the average person spend one-fifth of his or her life talking?. That's what statistics say. If all our words were put into print, the result would be this; a single day's word would fill a 50-page book, while in a year's time, the average person's words would fill 132 books of 200 pages each.

Among all those words, there are bound to be some spoken in anger, carelessness or hate. This post present a cocktail of contrasts- a very useful tool to direct us through life.

We have the tongue as a tool to express feelings, thoughts and to convey words of wisdom, hope, encouragement and love

Sadly, so much damage has been done through the use of the tongue which cannot be reversed. The tongue is used to destroy relationships, businesses, peddle rumors and encourage prejudice as it has the ability to set on fire the whole course of nature.

To set our lives in order, we are to take control of our tongues. The next step in our recovery is to apologise to those we have offended with our tongues and from then on, we begin to build and to plant through the authority of the tongue.

Take control of your tongue, to take control of your posterity.
