When dinner!

Experts say that the dinner is eaten by eight in the night. But in the meantime many are not used to eating dinner. It takes 10-11 hours to eat food, yet it takes hunger before sleeping at night. Wish something to eat lightly. Then, as a light meal, we chose biscuits, cakes or sweet foods.

Where, the main food should be light at night, and at least two hours before going to sleep
Dinner should be low in carbohydrate and protein intake. Fiber can not be eaten too much. Little rice or two breads, vegetables, salads, fish or meat can be a small piece of perfect night dinner.

Practice eating grill food without cooking more oil spices, it is not possible to add extra fat.

Banana

There are plenty of potassium in bananas. Potassium is very useful for the increase of blood in the body. The banana will sleep well and it does not contain much calories.

Nuts / dates

Almonds contain proteins and magnesium. Playing before sleeping will sleep well and fill the stomach. Almonds, pistachios, groundnuts, any nuts can be chewed before sleeping. Nutritious date palm can also eat.

The amount of food to eat is certainly less. Do not go to bed, do not go to bed, walk in the house, whether the door is locked, knock in all the houses, and everybody wants to say goodnight
