It is impossible to have the victimization mindset when one is grateful. Gratitude is insurance against depression, rage, and a host of other emotions that do not serve us well long term. It is easy to focus upon all that is "wrong" while overlooking what is "right" about our lives.

Yes!! When we are happy with what we have, we do not continue to look for more.
PLUS.....when we are grateful for what we have, we find that more things to be grateful for enter our lives.
It truly compounds.
