in #life7 years ago

Thanks for sharing this it is actually a bit of a kick for me I need to learn from your post and starting Loving and Supporting myself more
I go out of my way to be supportive and help others often to my own detriment but now I see again to be honest I need to feel nd the right balance

You have given me good food for thought thanks again

I am so grateful that you found some motivation in my post! Food for thought is a powerful starter. Ask yourself some of the questions and write it down in a simple form (I used a list) so you don't overthink it... (I'm a notorious over thinker) . Wishing you the best in your journey my friend.

Thanks, I am not one that many would call an over thinker,
I am a greta list maker for keeping track of things but I generally give somehting some quick thought make some notes, leave it befor 24 hours then re think and look at my noted and then decide what I am going to do

Thanks again for the thoughts and advise

That's a great method to keeping on task and making decisions easy! Sometimes I don't think at all anddive right in, mostly based on intuition.

Well I do that sometimes also
