Dmitry Medvedev said that the new sanctions imposed on Moscow should be declared as a "full trade war" against Moscow. He thinks that the US Congress has condemned Donald Trump to force it to sign the bill. Because, personally, Trump opposed it.
In a statement on Russia's Facebook page, Dmitry Medvedev also said that this restriction means the death of the new US administration, with the hope of developing Russia's relationship, his death. The bill to impose fresh sanctions on Russia in the United States last year was accused of interfering in the presidential election and by taking away Crimean Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, the vote was passed by the Congress's lower house of parliament on 25 July.
