Bought a "Bonsai" after 10 years of absense

Bought myself a little industrial grown bonsai (Chinese Elm or Ulmus Parvifolia). Let see where it brings us. At the moment I changed out the soil and cut the back the foliage. I've noticed a few yellow leaves but I believe it's due stress of changed environment and soil change.
