Many smoothies and juices in my recipe books use dandelion green. Is this from the wild dandelion flower/grass?

It's from the local grocery store, typically Whole Foods Market. Organic dandelion greens. Great for the kidneys.
Darn it we don't have Whole Foods, Traders Joe etc
