Vision Boards And Meditation – Natural Weight Loss
Identifying limiting beliefs is critical to achieve the weight loss you want in your life. In fact, it’s imperative in achieving any goals you have in life.
Limiting beliefs are often ingrained in us from a child and are very hard to break free of as adults.
But it is possible.

Vision boards to help you achieve natural weight loss.
Vision boards are fun to create and are a great tool to have to help you focus on the positive aspects of the life you want, including weight loss, which will help you eliminate the limiting beliefs that are running around in your head.
A vision board is like a snapshot of what you want your future to look like. To create a vision board, you flip through magazines or newspapers and clip out pictures that feel good to you and represent the life you want. For example, for weight loss, you may choose a picture of someone who represents the size you want to achieve. Or you may have a photo of a happy and healthy family. Once you’ve selected your pictures, you then glue them onto a poster board and place it in a location where you’ll look at it on a regular basis. When looking at it, feel the emotion and joy that each picture brings because this is the life you’re going to have as you achieve your weight loss goals! The more emotion you have, the faster the limiting beliefs will melt away, along with the excess pounds!
You may also choose to create a goal board, which is similar to a vision board, but instead of pictures, you use words or statements that represent the life you want.
Using meditation to meet your weight loss goals.
It’s been proven that mediation a few times a week can help reduce or eliminate symptoms of various illnesses, including heart disease, depression, anxiety and more. And the great news is, it can also be used to help you eliminate limiting beliefs to clear the way for positive energy and weight loss. Meditation helps to do this because you’re quieting the mind and raising the negative vibrational energy to a more positive place. Also, when mediating, you may choose to repeat positive words or affirmations as well as visualize the life you want. There are several forms of meditation, so do a Google search to find out what works best and feels right for you.
A vision board and mediation are both great tools to help you eliminate the negative beliefs that are running you and preventing you from losing weight.
