Try it on a salad with blueberries and pistachios or on meatless tacos. The seitan can be flavored to have exactly the same flavor as beef or pork. You will not believe the delight you can have with a plate of grilled seitan or a thick, juicy seitan fillet in Beurre Blanc sauce.
