RE: Traditional Chinese Medicine - The Medicine of Prevention

in #life7 years ago

Great article on Chinese Medicine. I like the wholistic approach to medicine. One of my daughters recently was healed via acupunture for lower back pain. She suffered for 2 years of western medicine before trying an acupunturist. Now no pain and she is back to her active self. upvoted, followed and resteemed.

Thank you, and that is so wonderful to hear about your daughter. In my many years of treating patients I have heard similar stories over and over again, and I think that it is because Chinese medicine is a completely different way of seeing health and healing - taking every aspect of our lives and experiences into account when determining things like illness and how to go about healing. I know from experience as I had a similar experience as a teenager where Western medicine was not able to help me and when I found acupuncture I was cured in a couple of months. This is what made me decide to dedicate my life to Chinese medicine and I have been humbled to see how many people it has helped when Western medicine said there was nothing they could do. I am so in love with it!
