SHOW GENUINE KINDNESS

in #life7 years ago

Lately, it has become the norm for most people to help those from whom they expect help in return and are capable of doing so.

I've wined and dined with men of honour who have always advised that showing kindness to those who have more than you and obviously have way more than enough of what you're offering them, is just one of many sides to giving/showing kindness.

Yes! There is the part of nurturing the relationships we're in as it ain't just about receiving, but giving also.

Giving to those who obviously cannot give something worth a quarter of what you've given them or cannot even give you anything in return is another side to showing genuine kindness

Tomorrow is another day. Show some love by giving to or helping someone who cannot meet up with the measure of help you're rendering them, do someone a huge favour tomorrow, put a seemingly unending smile on someone's face, help some who obviously hates you, give to someone who can't say "thank you". Give a warmer reception to that particular subordinate at your workplace, that one you hardly say 'hello' to, that particular subordinate you treat like crap at your workplace - for what it's worth, you could be doing his self-confidence a world of favour, help a steemit newbie😉

Do not be narrow-minded in your dealings...

Let's together make our 'worlds' less messed up than the world is.

Keep steeming!
