Cockroach Cocktail
A flaming cocktails, sweet, addictive and dangerous. Today we are going to prepare a cockroach. The first thing we should do is review the ingredients and utensils to prepare this delicious cocktail.
Utensils
- 01 table spoon
- 01 shot or shot glass
- 01 cigarette lighter
- 01 a straw
Ingredients
- 0.5 ounces Coffee or coffee liqueur (if you wish it stronger)
- 2 table spoon of Sambuca
Before describing the preparation step by step, I will warn you that we are going to play with fire, so you must be very careful and try to be sober. The steps to follow are those:
Step 1
In a Shot you must pour the coffee or coffee liqueur until filling three quarters of the glass, as you can see in the following photo.
Step 2
Subtly you should let slip a spoonful of Sambuca on the coffee liqueur, to create a layer on top.
Step 3
Serve another spoonful of Sambuca but do not pour it yet, you must first light it. Hold the spoon with Sambuca in one hand, while in the other hand you have the lighter. I recommend placing the lighter on the edge of the spoon so that the Sambuca swells faster.
Step 4
Place the spoon with the inflamed Sambuca very close to the surface in the shot and slide the liquid very subtly. The shot should give off a blue flare.
Step 5
Before the flame of the shot is extinguished, you must introduce a straw to the bottom of the glass and suck all the contents at once. Do not worry, you will not burn but if you do not do it quickly the straw will melt.
