Never working out, to working out everyday for two weeks.
So I'm getting a gym membership, I mainly want to work on cardio, but I'm going to work on everything. I haven't exercised in like half a year and I haven't felt great about it. It's also starting to get cold, so running outside really isn't the greatest option. Track starts in 3 months and I need to be ready for it. I'm really excited about it though, running and just getting my mind off of things, either just listening to a podcast or just thinking, running just feels good. I think I'm going to get a daily workout update just for fun, well have a good day.
