5 Things Holding You Back From Success!
Have you been trying to be successful?
Yes you did and you still are, The fact is that ‘everyone is’ but then why is it that only a few people come to hold the sweet fruit of success?
The reason is very simple: 'you have few things holding you back from getting that success you deserve', they are stopping you to put your next step toward success.
This things if are taken care of will lead to success in each and everything that you desire.
There is no aim, no target
Ask yourself first what is my aim?
Is it to be happy? Is it to be successful? Or is it to have lots of money?
Let me surprise you by telling you that these are not aims, these are just the after effects of achieving your targets, your aim must be something more specific, for example:
I want to be the best swimmer in the world, I want to win Pulitzer for photographer or smaller targets such as I will walk for 2 km every day or I will smile a lot today.
Have you notice how direct they are? It is aims like these which you should set in your mind and then work towards them. Once you have achieved your aim everything else will automatically follow.
You don't have a guru
A guru is someone who is an expert in their field, it can be any field or niche.
When a person starts their journey towards success, they come to know about different paths they can take to reach their aim, every path feels right, but which one really is the right path?
Here is where a guru comes in, you must have heard several tech giants and billionaires have spiritual gurus to guide them, So what are these gurus helping them for? Are they giving them any technical or business advice? No! They are helping them to have a clear vision of thoughts and a inspiration using which they will keep moving forward.
So my dear friend find yourself a guru or an idol and follow their thought fllow, it can be someone who is already successful in your niche or maybe its own , but they should have a clear vision of its own, a vision that you find interesting and true .
Bad habits
By bad habits I don't mean smoking drinking, overeating, overspending. These are the habits considered bad by the society not the individual themselves.
Everybody else in the world judges your habits, but you will do wonders when you will start judging them on your own won't you?, As a grown up human being you are perfectly capable of categorizing which habit of yours is a good one and which is a bad one.
Don't focus on getting new good habits instead focus on removing the bad ones, try to change yourself by changing your one bad habit at a time, I know it is easier said than done but I can promise you it is very rewarding , you want to know why?
Because it gives you the sense of being happy about yourself, a feeling that is above all the feeling in the world and a definite part of every successful person out there.
Hard work
Once you have set up your aim, you got the righteous path to it and there are no bad habits to stop you. Then what are you waiting for?
forget each and everything and get neck deep into achieving your target, relax sufficiently, keep your mind fresh and do you daily chorus then again get right to it, there is no diverting and no stopping until you are one step ahead of where you were earlier.
The routine.
Have you ever found yourself starting a good thing than working hard to achieve but then dropping it later? Do you get bored by the routine you have to go thru every day to achieve a target?
Did you know David Beckham still practices every morning and he has been doing it since he was a child, he is retired now, so why does he need to practice anymore because he doesn’t wants to break the chain, following the chain has made him what he is and he will follow the chain to remain the man he has become.
Following the chain is the most important habit of a successful person as it said “Rome wasn't build in a day”, follow your routine with all your heart and follow it until it is in your nature, you have to create your success brick by brick and there should be no stopping until you do.
Conclusion:
These five things together is the golden ladder which you can use to get to the heaven of success, And I promise that you will be thankful to yourself for the rest of your life making these changes in you.
A lot of truth in your post!
Success leaves a trail, so does failure. Habits and routine certainly play a huge part in shaping who we are.
Well said ! ... Habits and routines surely helps to make or break a person.
It should be 6 things. Reading this lol :)
