The IQ, luck, historical backgroud,familyand living enviroment are all important factors of being successful.

During practice the theory, we should avoid the meaningless repetition, including sucess and failure. We must learn from every try and be open to more knowledges. And our professional knowledge should be systematic.
To make full use of the 10000 huors theory, the author puts forward three methods of his own.
Firstly, set up "vision--objectives--ways". Five years later, what do you want to rely on to make a living?What are your periodical targets ang practical ways?
Secondly, learn from the different opinions and agree with the disagree. Be open in mind.
Thirdly, record what you do in case of forgetting and losing.
