In my book I do try and avoid the new obviously I flick through the headlines (which it is hard to avoid) but to me the best solution is sort my own life out first and set the example. Once enough people see this way works then they will follow suite (the hundredth monkey). A long process but I have done a lot of work and am making changes I can and sending out all the positive vibes I can.
