A smile can change your life. If smile is honest, it does not matter if it comes from a friend or not, it will make your day, it will lift your spirit, it will make you feel you are important for them.

There are many positive effects of smiling, it reduces stress and blood pressure, it increases the immunity and nutrition of the tissues because it brings them oxygen. It releases endorphins that are the hormones of happiness and that act as natural analgesics for body relieving pains, tensions, improving depression, psychosis and memory because everything related to humor is remembered more, they take you to a calm and well-being.

Since we are six weeks old we start smiling, if you look carefully, a baby has the ability to recognize the facial expressions of the caregiver, react to this and produce with his smiling gesture a great cascade of happiness to those who are there.

Harvard University revealed how a group of elderly patients reacted to the facial expressions of their caregivers. The study concluded that patients felt more satisfied and their mental and physical health improved when they perceived tenderness, affection, interest and empathy in the facial expressions of their caregivers and worsened when their caregivers adopted a serious attitude.

Start by laughing for yourself, don't let anything or anyone spoils your day. Draw on your face that curved line that improves everything and share with others your smile, it doen't cost anything to you but if it does not come out, so use a pencil !!! ; )
