Food after 6pm - to eat or not to eat?

Many nutritionists argue that the perfect dinner is a serving of protein and vegetables. That is, boiled chicken or steam cutlet with a bowl of salad - it's just the thing. I don't know... of Course, it's all good and tasty, and on a full stomach after chicken is better filled, but I after experimenting with the daily correct dinners always leave in +)))
Through trial and error I chose long ago, the option for a perfect dinner - fruit and vegetable smoothies.
Pure fruit, I think too much as sugar, fructose, etc. may be deposited on the sides, but the vegetable and fruit smoothies - at the time!
It is better to use for this evening smoothie - of course, products with low or negative calories:
- grapefruit;
- celery;
pumpkin; - carrot;
- Apple;
- any greens (dill, parsley, spinach);
- lemon or lime.
