Many of today's "truthers," and the one true highly inadvisable diet. Are you in bondage?
Many of today's "truthers" seem to be the sort of people who accept anything as long as it is contrary to "accepted thought". With all due respect, that is just as silly as anyone who blindly accepts everything that is "accepted thought."
Below just one example:
Their defense...: Not true. If it is proven I will believe it. It is not my doing that we live in an ocean of lies. I did not create this society or world.
There is a true and highly inadvisable diet, and it is called obsession.
An extreme feed ideology in any thought process that causes belief(s) to masquerade as truth and certainty based on mostly feeling versus facts and evidence. Which creates a religion; to bind, bond. There are countless of them, binders.
Some obsessions are unavoidable, like an expecting mother planning for the future. This is the clearest example I can give of why obsessions can be terrible. An expecting mother who miscarries is often crushed because the obsession didn't manifest and now the brain requires rewiring, which is difficult to say the least. All the other manners of obsession are likely to miscarry, which is why they're dangerous.
Visualization can be a powerful tool, but it also sets us up for disappointment. That's why many successful people seem to have no conscience, they forget quickly, and therefore don't feel the effect of disappointment, which seems totally unfair and really causes a lot of unneccesary suffering in this world as their obsessions remain intact no matter what. So I think where you were going with this is more like the song lyric, "hold on loosely but don't let go because if you cling too tightly you're going to lose control."
