Introduction:

African mango is also known as Irvingia Gabonensis.
It's the latest hit among dietary supplements, praised by people trying to get that weight loss. Turns out that even green coffee, a leader in the ranking of most effective natural "slim-makers" should start to think about having serious competition.
Those are species of fruit from the tropical rainforests of Cameroon in central Africa. The trees on which they grow reach from 25 to 40 meters in height. In Europe and South America, African mango isn't known for a long time, but in Africa, it was used more than 200 years ago. Africans used those to satisfy their hunger for a long time. In addition, they thickened soups or used them as a remedy for yellow fever. One could ask, what makes African mango stand out from other? Well, let me explain.
Inside it, there are seeds, called "Dikka" - extract of those allows you to get rid of unnecessary kilograms a lot faster than usual.

What else?:

  • African mango works on many levels of health.
Despite such useful reduction of fat tissue, and speeding up the metabolism it also does more. The nutrients contained in the seeds regulate the amount of hormone leptin, which sends information to the brain bout the hunger felt by us and the amount of fat in the body at a given moment. Therefore, leptin is often called a fat regulator. Leveling it suppresses appetite and sends a signal of satiety to the brain. It makes accumulated fat to undergo into decay.

  • All of the active ingredients contained in this mango cause an increase of adiponectin. It's a so-called hormone of thin people. It increases the number of food transformed into energy, not to accumulate it and deposit into fat tissue. In addition, it regulates glucose production.
