Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Natural beauty has its own meaning. And it's powerful!

Despite our appearance, accepting who we are is very necessary. And being confident of that is more than necessary. We have so many skin colors, so different types of body shape; all are beautiful in their own way.

There's no standard, no boundary in this beauty. But unfortunately, we created a standard and that standard is making us feel insecure every single day or moment I should say!

Embracing our beauty means to me, be in our natural beauty, begin to accept our bodies, our hair, and our skin tones. Hiding under makeup, fake hair or even filter doesn't make any sense. Yeah, we can do that but the purpose should not be 'Hide'.

We can be beautiful without any makeup, in our own skin and own hair. We can be beautiful in our own body shape. The force of society creates us to be perfect is meaningless. And the boundary will never break as long as we don't make us feel beautiful in our body, as long as we don't make us confident in the way we look.

I was watching a video of a woman, who faced extream hair loss and become bold. For the social and peer pressure she uses wigs so many years, but she finds herself lost. She became insecure to show her true self, it affects her self-esteem so much; she became depressed. But a year later she told herself, it's enough and she has to accept the truth and have to be confident with it. So she took off the wig and started to come bold publicly. She was saying it was hard for her to take all the negative comments and fighting with the social norm. But that makes her more strong and confident about herself. And now she is a motivational speaker and a successful professional writer.

So this is just an example. We are open to cherish our beauty, be confident with what we are, how we look. It may sometimes feel hard but the hard time worth it!
