ANOTHER FEMICIDE IN PERU : THE COLD CONFESSION OF A WOMAN'S MURDER ,CUT HER THROAT whats wrong with the world!!!

Víctor Hugo Soto Mija (51) told the police that he followed his former partner, waited for her to get off the bus, start a discussion over jealousy . After briefly discussing, cut her throat and watch her die without any remorse.

During the interrogation by the police, the femicide acknowledged that she pursued Rosa Peralta Torres and attacked her with a kitchen knife over "jealousy".

According to the relatives of the victim, Soto Mija harassed her every day despite the fact that she decided to end the relationship.

According to data from the Peruvian Crime Observatory of the Public Ministry, in the last nine years and five months (between January 2009 and June 2018) there were 1,129 victims of femicide in the country.

Only this year there were 56 femicides, but there are another 25 murders of women who, because they are still under investigation, did not enter this register.
