The Taj Mahal that belongs to one of the Seven Wonders of the World is also known as the symbol of love. The building was founded by the fifth Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to remember his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died giving birth to his daughter Gauhara Begum in the 17th century.

In the morning, Taj Mahal will look a little pink and during the day will turn into milk white. The colors provide a unique beauty element for this monument.

3.Spend 32 Million Rupees Fund

You must be amazed to see the nominal spent to establish this historic monument. About 22,000 workers were deployed and some 32 million rupees were spent on the construction of the Taj Mahal. Approximately 1000 elephants are used to carry heavy equipment. Nearly 17 years the construction of this monument building was completed. Some of the precious jewels that were embellished there were taken from England during the uprising in 1857.

Taj Mahal architectural design is very symmetrical. Starting from the tower, walls, rooms, even the garden. Only the tombs of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal are asymmetrical. Because, his tomb is higher and bigger when compared with his wife.
