Islamic Way to Control Anger

Anger is a resentment to the anger of the people. From which he has become aggressive and has a violent influence on any person or object possessed by him.

Anyone can feel angry. But there are different types of behavior and behavior in person. Someone's anger is equilibrium, so his anger does not exclude him from the limit and the right position. And someone's anger is unbalanced, condemnable. As a result, he crosses the limits if he is angry, and sometimes reflects the wrath of man, and he crosses the limits of Allah and oppresses others. Therefore, there are good and effective solutions in Islam in anger control. In this case, seven suggestions from the Qur'an and Hadith were explained below.

1. Firstly read 'TA'AUV' or 'Aaju Billahi Meenash Shaitani's Regim'. That is, seeking refuge with Allah from the deported devil. Because the devil is the root of all violent behavior of negative and excited humanitarianism. And there is the deepest prayer of refuge and return to Allah in T'Awud. When the Shaitan heard that the slave had taken refuge in Allah, he was pursuing and being chased by fear.

2. Be silent Because there are many unwanted words in the face of people in anger, which do not go with their dignity and position. And the word draws more words. In such a situation, the situation reached a complicated situation, which is not good at the end. Rasulullah sa. Said, "If someone of you is angry, he should be silent." (Sahih)

3. Hadith has come in the Sharif, if the angry person is standing then you can sit there. If he is sitting or sleeping or sleeping, he changes his condition. In this there is a hidden wisdom, through which an angry person is able to turn himself away from any repressive act such as striking someone, vandalizing or stopping for a long time in a bondage.

4. Beloved rasul sa Follow its unique character. Wisdom, tolerance, anger control, and boycott were one of his most beautiful characters, Madhuri.

5. Recall the consequences of bad consequences and bad consequences that may happen due to this anger.

6. Paste well. Because anger is a burning fire that burns Satan into the heart. And it can not be taken away except by seeking refuge from Allah and seeking refuge in Him. The water of indigestion is washed away by the ugly anger of the heart.

7. Standing in Prayer. Because the people's anger in the Prayer goes away and normal thinking is returned. In the Prayer Allah has given comfort, confidence, stability and intense calm for the servant.
