What is the pain point?

Have you ever moved out from one appartment to another and had only the one day available to relocate your belongings from the one place to the other. I guess each one of us at some point have experienced such discomforts and had to make choices which are not always cheap or have the desired results. How could this pain point be reduced or eliminated in a blockchain-world?

People from all around the city could offer their storage spaces inside their residential building to their fellow neighbours. A smart contract is made between the two parties, those who want to rent and those who dont need their storage. It would be best if this concept is firstly discussed with the building management in order to install smart locks in the building leading towards the underground storage spaces. Not only a convenience for the other inhabitants who can easily reprogram the smart locks in case they lose their keys but also makes it possible for everyone who has registered and gained access to this building to enter it. Everyone can feel safe that only people who entered into a smart contract with one of the storage owners can enter the building. At the same time payment is automaticly transfered from the one account to the other and therefor you dont even need to think ybout it. Of course you have to make sure that there are enough bitcoins in that wallet, since if the payments is delayed more than a certain period and you dont react to the alarming messages you might loose access to the building, your belongings and additionally you will be charged a penalty fee from the deposit you made at the very beginning.

Thanks to blockchain people now can have the whole underground level of their cities to their disposal not only sharing their storages in an prompt automated and highly trusted way but also their parking spaces. It has never been easier to rent out spaces you do not need to people who do need them.
