Lisk is going to expand platform seriously

The long-awaited Lisk rebranding did not disappoint. In addition to a cosmetic change, a true rebirth has been attempted. At first glance this seems to be successful. The money spent on marketing has ensured that a fresh logo and ditto website has been created.

A lot of research has been done at various focus groups. Here one tries to stay away from the calibrated paths. No dots and lines that are connected with each other as a background. It has to be said, everything seems to have been done very thoroughly.
What does the platform look like?

The platform will consist of four different things, namely: 

- Core

- Hub

-  Commander 

-  Elements 

The first two were mainly discussed. It was announced that Lisk Core 1.0 will get an open beta in 4-6 weeks after testing in the coming weeks. According to the team, everything is almost done and people are confident that this deadline will be met.

The Lisk Hub is actually the wallet, but it is more than this. This will eventually be extended to include a DEX (decentralized exchange). The wallet looked fresh and well-organized. It was also a nice feature that each account gets a unique avatar, which is made on the basis of an algorithm.

Both Lisk Commander and Elements are tools for developers to help them to program in Javascript.

Lisk Academy

The Swiss company realizes that adoption is connected with understanding of what one does and what blockchain means. That is why a very extensive database has been created on the website. The academy is divided into two parts. Namely "basics" and "business". Both parts speak for themselves. Basics  has as goal that after about ten minutes reading it is possible to  explain to someone else what Lisk is doing and what blockchain is. Business is aimed at explaining to companies what the possibilities are of Dapps etc.

Also the financial overview of Lisk was given. They are very rosy for it. The company represents a value of 300 million Swiss francs. Not bad for a startup.
