Buying Litecoin through Steem wallet HELP!

Can someone help me out please. I'd like to buy some litecoin using whatever I have in my wallet here on steemit. Do I have to convert my steem power to steem dollars in order to do this? ie: Power Down?

Does this take awhile or is it instant?

I created a litecoin paper wallet and just want to transfer some litecoin onto it using my steem. Is this the best way (cheapest) to accomplish this?

      I would say it's like a better DTube cause you can do live streams on there. You can also upload videos like DTube as well so there's that.
