Powell presents us with a new perspective of nature as a form of intelligence, something already hinted by powerful minds such as Albert Einstein. Although this is probably an interesting read, only those curious enough to challenge their worldview will be rewarded with a new approach to the natural world. Filled with personal stories of the author's encounter with psilocybin mostly in the wilderness of England, readers will find in this short book an opportunity to partake in the author's adventures.
If we wish to educate ourselves about the ability of psychedelic plants to produce healing abilities within us, one must be able to keep an open mind towards the psychedelic experience and, especially if one wishes to directly interact with these plants, face the experience head-on and shed one's fears in doing so. As Simon says in the book, we are living in a moment of awakening and reevaluation of our place in the universe.

Leaving mystical viewpoints aside, the scientific evidence of a natural order in the whole universe starts piling up as more and more experiments prove intelligence not only occurs inside a human brain, but in fact can and has been occurring for millions of years in almost any process related to nature. Al leer este libro se forma una relación entre el autor y el lector a medida que profundiza en ideas y puntos de vista interesantes sobre la inteligencia natural. Dejando a un lado interpretaciones místicas, la evidencia científica de un orden natural en todo el universo se empieza a apilar a medida que cada vez más y más experimentos prueban que la inteligencia no ocurre solo dentro del cerebro humano, sino que ha estado ocurriendo durante millones de años en casi cualquier proceso relacionado con la naturaleza. Disculpa por el problema que he causado, al ser una portada de un libro me parecia razonable obviar la fuente ya que en la misma aparece el autor. A partir de ahora lo tendré en cuenta para todos mis posts, muchas gracias por llamar mi atención a ese detalle. Salud!
En internet existe mucha información publicada sin los derechos de sus autores, ya es casi cultural o común que alguien republique dichas informaciones por desconocimientos; fui testigo de un caso de un libro traducido en varios idiomas, del cual solo tomé la portada para realizar un comentario en una página personal, los editores inmediatamente se pusieron en contacto conmigo para que eliminara dicha imagen, la eliminé notificando en la web porque había quitado la imagen y citando nuevamente el libro, por lo cual se pusieron en contacto con los dueños del servidor web, me bajaron todo el web site y los editores me exigieron "Una declaración Notariada" en donde me comprometiera no publicar por ningún medio nada referente a dicha obra.
El link quedó bien, sobretodo porque lleva directamente al libro digital, lástima que solo esté en ingles.
