A tropical heaven in the heart of Europe!!

Bucharest has just earned a place in the top cities to visit this year. The reason: a piece of paradise just 10 minutes outside the city.
I’s called Therme Bucharest and it melted my heart completely. After my trip there, I can tell you that this is the perfect place to have a wonderful and relaxing city break.
From what I’ve learned it’s the biggest spa in Europe (30.000 sq.m) and has a tone of fascinating facilities. The whole thing is divided in 3 distinct areas: 1.Galaxy- a family friendly space with water slides, wave pool, playstation area, indoor and outdoor pool bars and restaurants 2.The Palm- something just for adults. Here you also have indoor and outdoor pools (that have of course bars), terrases, mineral pools, jacuzzy, hidromassage beds, and all of this in a mind-blowing tropical surrounding (huge palm trees and orchids all around) 3.Elysium- the wellness area where I felt like a queen. I spent hours entering every themed sauna, eating at the a la carte restaurant, and having cocktails at the pool bar. The best sauna for me was the one with cinema inside. What an idea!
All the water is, as you may have guessed, thermal, comes from very deep underground, supllying the pools,the slides and all the saunas. The temperature indoor is 29-30 degrees Celsius and the water temperature is 33 degrees Celcius. Tropical weather all year long, every single day. I have to go in the winter and sweam in the outdoor hot pool. How cool is that!
Did I miss something? Oh, yes! I forgot to mention the biggest urban beach in Europe, also found here. This 8000 sq.m jewel has a 720 sq.m tropical pool with 1500 sun loungers on the sand, a pool bar (cool graffiti on it) and a Beach Club. A tropical vacation in East Europe.
And the prices!!! Oh,my God! So that it is clear for you, the most expensive ticket for an adult in the luxury Elysium area for a whole day is 20 euros, and having a beer in the pool is less than 2 euros.
