The Law of Attraction -- Focusing on that Good Feeling
Allow and allow ; be in the receiving mood; allow good things in your life. BE thankful and grateful for the little things that come in your life --- like a penny you pick up from a floor. Or a cup of coffee that you make early in the morning. "I am manifesting a cup of coffee and I like it"-- Make a BIG FUSS about manifesting little things. This is BRAIN training. The brain and [the mind] is then conditioned to regard "manifesting" -- as an important activity in your life. Once the brain learns this; it will start 'alerting' you to opportunities for manifesting even bigger things. The Law of Emotions --
The Practice of Focusing on your Feelings.
Focus on that feeling you have when you receive nice things. How do I feel when I pass by the house I want in life??? etc.
Focus on how you would FEEL if what you wanted was in your life --- concentrate on that feeling for at least 17 seconds. This is Energy [fuel] to push you along in your quest. Be thankful and grateful for the little wonders in your life. If you feel you can sit back and get what you want, then do that [meditate]. If you feel you have to put in some action to get what you want then put in some action. Believe me these two different attitudes have worked for me at different times in my life.
It is what you BELIEVE and how you feel about what you believe!
