Excerpt of day 7

My Mandatory walk every 45 minutes
An important factor in keeping with the pace of the day is to be able to keep yourself NOT locked down in front of your computer. That is a health hazard actually. So I have made it a point to get up from my seat every 45 minutes and do a walkabout in the small study room that I have or maybe walk out to the sunny (and now getting warm) balcony. I scare a few pigeons every time. Those buggers are always hungry it seems or thirsty. Have a bowl of water always fill up on the balcony. I will post a pic of it tomorrow or later maybe.

I actually got a rhythm going now on working, listening to work jazz music (it actually makes you work better - do try it), getting up, stretching and making sure I close my eyes for 15 secs and take a deep breath. And then sit back again...Works like a miracle...for recharging. You can find a link in one of my previous Saga day posts

I also add a few more tasks to my walkabouts. This helps me in many ways.

Water breaks

Water breaks are a must. One, the air is getting drier and dehydration might set in faster than you can imagine. So what I have done is - kept a glass bottle of 300ml which needs a refill after every hour or so. This means I have to essentially get up and walk up into the kitchen and bring some more.

No...I do not shout and call out my wife for the refill!! That will be ....ahem...not good!!
