So let's start with setting goals, goals are an important tool and have proved to work time and time again and a lot of studies conducted by different research. Institutes tell us that people who set goals are much more likely like 60 70 % more likely to achieve the goals that they set as the people who don't set specific goals for themselves and the way to reach these goals.
So what makes goals so powerful the thing that makes goals so powerful is that in our brains when we have something written down and we know exactly what we want and why we want it we talked about the why before. Then we tend to make it happen our brain is wired in that way that it finds solutions and ways to achieve the goals. But we want so now stop read, take a pen and paper and write down your goals for best weight loss also write down a time span that you want to achieve your goals be sure to be very specific in your goals and also in your goal lifetime write down small tasks that you have to complete daily in order to achieve that goal.

Don't expect to just write down a big goal and say okay I'm gonna lose 30 or 40 or 20 pounds but write down every single day of those diner days what you need to do in order to achieve that goal is it you need to eat more healthier, you need to prepare food for yourself you don't need to go out with your friends.
That actually hold you back from losing weight because they want you to eat the delicious foods that you always eat actually it's important because friends and people that are close to you most of the times are the ones that hold you back because in their brain it's something hardwired in there that tells them unconsciously. That if you achieve your goals you won't stick around to them we had stories that people were tempted by their partners wives and husbands to eat more foods and tasty foods while they were dieting because in their back mind in their unconscious mind to their partners their brain told them.

If they lose the weight and become more attractive they will leave them so what was the solution when they started the journey of weight loss the other partner tend to give them and offer them tempting foods like chocolates and burgers and sandwiches and you. Name it what's your favorite food that your partner knows that it's your favorite food they would just go there and give it to them so they would not achieve goals so be very careful in your weight loss.

You might have to turn down some offers two distinct yourself a bit from your friends and relatives until you reach your goal and the sooner you do that the sooner you will reach your goal and then everybody will accept you because you know when you want to do something. Everybody's against but when you go there with the thing that you've done or what the achievement everybody congratulate you and supports you so now take a moment write down your goals very specifically what you want every day, every hour to achieve and to do in order to achieve your weight loss goal.

I know this is kind of boring and it might sound cliche and you might ask why need to do this when you can do a lot of more fun stuff let's call them but this is very important because I know but when you do that right now you will stick to the program, when you take your time to write down and prepare yourself mentally for this journey. Then you will be much more likely to achieve your journey and to bring the success be sure to also put something in stake go to someone who supports you and tell them, but if you don't reach your weight loss journey you will give them $1,000 or even better just hand them a thousand dollars and tell them that they will have to give you back that thousand when you achieve your goal because by putting something in stake.

Now you have something to lose also if you don't achieve your goal and usually our mind how it works is that when we have something to lose we will work much harder to achieve the goals than when we only have something to gain. So in this also we will face the hard time of losing your face because now you promise that everybody will mock you. There's a lot of things in stake there so just do that take $1,000 or if you're in a poorer country take less money like 500 or $100 just something that actually hurts you you know it has to be an amount not $1 or $2 and you don't care about but much more that actually it hurts you giving that money.
